| 摘 要： | 技术创新成果属于智力成果,从法学角度分析,可以纳入知识产权.本文论述了技术创新中知识产权保护存在诸如立法滞后、意识不强、制度不全、战略不明、信息不畅等问题;并探讨了技术创新中知识产权保护的具体措施-完善立法体系、健全管理体制、制定明确战略、培养人才.
