| Abstract: | Constructing social public security prevention and control system in rural area and maintaining rural stability,major tasks our public security organs faces,are the requirements of constructing harmonious socialist society and building a new socialist countryside.The theoretical foundation and constructing principle of the social public security prevention and control system in rural area are guidelines,which has significant function of directing that system in rural area. |
