| 摘 要： | 普通高校继续教育是时代发展的必然，也是高校服务社会的重要职能的体现。近年来，我国高校继续教育校企合作取得了长足进步，为企业发展培养了大批技能型人才，然而普通高校继续教育的校企合作还存在一些问题。本文分析了普通高校继续教育校企合作的必要性，提出了普通高校继续教育校企合作的对策，以期推动普通高校继续教育的转型，更好地服务于社会和经济发展。

| Abstract: | Continuing education in university is not only the necessity of social development but also the reflection of the university serves the society. In recent years, our continuing education university- enterprise cooperation has made great progress, and cultivated a large number of skilled talents for the enterprise. However, university still has many problems in continuing education university - enterprise cooperation. This paper analyzes the necessity of continuing education university- enterprise cooperation in university and puts forward the relevant strategies, which has important practical significance for promoting the transformation of the continuing education in university and serving the development of the society and economy. |
