| 摘 要： | 在当前的高职学院教育、教学工作中,应当合理的引入和应用"职业技能竞赛",通过竞赛的方式来提高人才教育、培养质量及成效.本文以钟山职业技术学院康复治疗技术专业为例,重点就职业技能竞赛在人才培养中的实践应用提出了部分探讨性建议,希望能够为高职学院人才教育工作的落实提供参考.

| Abstract: | In the current higher vocational college education, teaching work, we should reasonably introduce and apply "vocational skills competition", through the way of competition to improve the quality and effectiveness of talent education,training. Taking the rehabilitation treatment technology major of Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper puts forward some exploratory suggestions on the practical application of vocational skills competition in talent training, hoping to provide reference for the implementation of talent education in higher vocational colleges. |
