学前教育专业"三融通、三结合"专业技能培养模式的创新与实践

摘    要:本文针对学前教育专业技能型人才培养中存在的"现有人才培养模式没有和教师资格证有效衔接"等突出问题,汲取国内先进职教理念和标杆院校经验,按照专业建设的"三原则",即行业需求导向原则、能力本位原则、学生中心原则,探索实践了将人才培养、资格证书、技能大赛相互融合,将实训、评价、就业紧密结合,形成了学前教育专业"三融合、三结合"的学生专业技能培养模式,人才培养质量显著提升.

Abstract:This paper aims at the outstanding problems of"the existing talent training mode is not effectively connected with the teacher qualification certificate",draws on the domestic advanced vocational education idea and the benchmarking college experience,according to the"three principles"of professional construction,that is,the principle of industry demand orientation,ability standard and student center,explores and practices the integration of talent training,qualification certificate and skill contest,and the close combination of practical training,evaluation and employment.
