大学英语个性化教学与翻转课堂设计

摘    要:翻转课堂关注课堂时间和教学效果,是一种个性化教学方案."大学英语"翻转课堂设计应紧扣教学总目标和具体课堂目标,遵循从简单到复杂的教学顺序.本文在分析大学英语大班教学困境的基础上,将大学英语翻转课堂的课堂教学目标分为六个:语法知识巩固目标,语言知识应用目标,阅读能力提升目标,跨文化交际目标,四六级考试能力提升目标,以及职场英语交流目标.最后本文总结了翻转课堂设计对教师的要求:熟练地应用教学管理平台,具有合作教学意识和教学设计能力.

Personalized College English Teaching and Design of Flipped Classroom

Abstract:Flipped class,which is an attempt of personalization in teaching,focuses on time and efficiency.Teaching plans in College English are designed in accordance with teaching objectives from simple skills to complicated skills.This article tries to design six class objectives for College English Teaching in big classes,based on analyses of difficulties in teaching.They are grammar understanding,language using,reading,intercultural communicating,CET preparing,and English in workplaces.The paper finally summarizes challenges for teachers in flipped classes:skills in LMS,teaching in team and lesson planning.
