| 摘 要： | 高等教育的大众化进程中,大学生实现充分和高质量就业已越来越引起社会、高校和大学生本人的关注,而与之相关的大学生就业能力更凸显其重要性.本文通过分析大学生要实现充分和高质量的就业应具备的就业能力,探析了以就业能力为核心的生涯规划教育的意义及方法,以推进高校生涯规划教育的发展和学生就业能力的提高.

| Abstract: | In the process of popularization of higher education,the full and high-quality employment of college students has attracted more and more attention of the society,colleges and students themselves,and the employment ability of college students related to it is more important.This paper analyzes the employment ability of college students to achieve full and highquality employment,analyzes the significance and methods of career planning education with employment ability as the core,in order to promote the development of career planning education and the improvement of students’employment ability. |
