| 摘 要： | 作为世界头号经济强国的美国十分重视中小企业的发展。从财政、金融、税收、信用担保、技术创新、创业扶持等方面给予大力扶助，使其迅速发展。本拟针对我国中小企业立法滞后于中小企业发展的实际情况，借鉴美国中小企业立法的经验，提出完善我国中小企业的立法的建议。

| Abstract: | America,with its most powerful economy of the world,takes great emphasis on the development of small-and-medium-sized enterprises.Their rapid boom is depending on the governmental assistances on public finance,banking,revenue,credit assurance,technology innovation, business surpport,etc.Based on the condition that the relating legislation lags behind the development of small-and-medium-sized enterprises in our country,this article is intending to put forward some advices to consummate the legislation for small-and-medium-sized enterprises,by using relevant American experiences for reference. |
