| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献法和调查法，对影响健美探运动员表现力的因素，包括气质与性格、基本技术、音乐、风格、编排和兴趣等进行了初步研究。说明这些因素对运动员先天表现意识的形成、技术水平的提高、风格的恰当体现、表现情绪的发挥及艺术修养的培养，都有着不同程度的影响，并最终影响到运动员的表现力水平。

| Abstract: | This article carries out a preliminary research for the factor of influencing mechanism of athlete expressive force through the methods of literature review and inquiry, including temperament character, essential technique, music, style, arrange and interest. The influencing facts impact on and finally on the expressive force level forming consciousness, the advance of technique level, aptitude embodiment of style, representive emotion and bringing into play and the cultivation of art culture. |
