| 摘 要： | 学报编辑对文稿的选择是信息传播的需要,是优化文化的需要。这种选择应立足于政治、学术、形式等多个方面。因此编辑必须具备几个条件:第一,有较高的政治素养;第二,基本掌握系统的科学理论知识;第三,树立科学的发展观。

| Abstract: | The choice of drafts in editing the journal is required in the process of information and cultural optimization.The choice should be based on politics,academy,form,etc.,so we should consider the following prerequisite: 1.have higher political accomplishment;2.grasp basic systematic theory and knowledge;3.establish the viewpoint of scientific development. |
