| 摘 要： | 在次贷危机和欧债危机的背景下,我国过去依靠出口和投资拉动经济增长的模式面临着越来越大的挑战.在投资、出口、消费这三家经济增长的马车中,消费所占的比例仍然较低,增大了我国经济的风险性,扩大消费需求促进经济持续稳定健康增长再次成为经济工作的重点.本文认为,消费需求受到多种因素的影响,要实现消费需求的可持续性扩大应该以居民消费需求的扩大为着力点,将其与城镇化建设、新兴产业培养、物流产业发展、体制改革、民生改善等相结合,积极采取有效措施,从多方位实现对居民消费的刺激.

| Abstract: | Under the background of sub- prime crisis and European debt crisis, China faced more and more challenge on the economic increase that depends on export and investment. Among such three infection factors of economy as in- vestment, export and consumption, the consumption shows the lowest proportion, which increases the venture of econo- my. So enlarging the requirement of consumption and promoting the increase of economy steadily and duratively become the keystone of economic work. The author thought the requirement of consumption is affected by many factors. We should make the consumption requirement increase duratively based on the enlargement of residents＇ consumption, com- bine it with urbanization construction, new industry cultivation, system of organization reformation, the people＇ s liveli- hood improvement, and take active measures to stimulate the consumption of our residents from many ways. |
