| 摘 要： | 国民素质是一个国家和人民改造国家和社会过程中所具有的思想、道德、智力、体魄的总称 ,是国家综合国力的体现 ,现代人的素质结构应该由良好的品德素质、较高的人文素质 ,良好的智能素质和良好的身心素质构成。具备了以上素质 ,将使现代人在竞争强烈的知识经济时代立于不败之地 ,创造出无穷的财富。

| Abstract: | National quality is a general term of thought, morality, wisdom and physique that a nation and a people have in the cource of remaking the country and society, and is also a expression of comprehensive national power. The modern people's quality structure should be made up os good qualities of morality, human culture, intellegence, body and mind. The above qualities will make modern people successful and unconquerable in the information economy of fierce competition. |
