| 摘 要： | 宪法是一个国家的根本大法 ,它和国家政权、阶级与阶级斗争、经济等重要的社会思想、政治、经济现象密切联系。法国在 1791年到 1875年 84年间里先后颁布了 11部宪法 ,尤其是法国作为典型的大陆法系国家 ,国家根本大法如此频繁变更 ,尽管其宪法的资产阶级根本性质没有变 ,但这种历史现象尤其少见。这种现象产生的历史原因是什么 ?正是本文所要分析的内容。

| Abstract: | Constitution, as the fundamental law of a state, is closely connected with such things as social thinking, politics and economic phenomena of state power, class and class struggle, and economy. France, as a typical continental country, saw 11 constitutions in the years from 1791 to 1875. To many changes in such state fundamental laws, this phenomenon was specially unusual, even though the basic bourgeois nature remains unchanged. This essay mainly analyses the historical causes of the emergence of such phenomena. |
