摘    要:学分制的理论依据是后现代主义的教育哲学、发展性的建构主义教育基础理论和多重智力学说与成功智力学说的综合智力理论;学分制的核心是课程体系的解构与建构;学分制功能的实践性问题研究包括学生需求性选择的增大与学分制实施过程中学校有限教学资源的开发和利用,学分制的质量监控制度,学分制指导性教学计划体系的初步建立,学分制实施过程中的主体性问题,学分制改革与学生实际能力的培养和学分制改革与人才培养目标等。学分制的改革过程中还存在许多问题需要进一步的改进和完善。

Abstract:The theory of credit system comes from two aspects; one is the basic theory of educational philosophy of post-modernism and the theory of basic structure - building educational theory of developmental nature, the other is the comprehensive intelligence theory of multi-level intelligence and success intelligence. The core of credit system lies in the structure - analyzing and structure - building of curriculum system. Analyses of the function of credit system consist of the following practical problems: 1) students are given more choice of needs, and college authorities are provided with opportunities to make good use of the limited teaching resources in course of carrying out credit system ; 2) establishment of supervising system of the quality of carrying out credit system; 3 ) preliminary establishment of instructive teaching plan system of credit system; 4) principal problems in course of carrying out credit system; 5 ) relationship between the credit - system reform and cultivating students' practical abilities; 6 ) relationship between the credit - system reform and the aim of cultivating talents, etc. Many problems existing in course of the credit - system reform are to be improved and perfected.
