摘    要:在教学改革中 ,我们始终注意优化课堂的纵向结构 ,对教学内容按照学习者的认知心理规律进行设计 ,培养学习者的探究精神 ;同时注意优化课堂的横向结构 ,通过教学要素的合理组合 ,加强学习者和学习者之间、教育者和学习者之间的协作和交流 ,培养学习者的认知策略、创新能力和团队精神 ,从而真正促进了学习者的学习方式逐步走向探究性学习、创新性学习和合作学习。

Abstract:In the teaching reform, we need to pay attention to the bettering of the vertical organization of the classroom teaching. When we design the teaching content, we should follow the general law of the students' cognition. And we also need to foster the students, explorative spirits. At the same time, we also need to better the horizontal organization of the classroom teaching. We should strengthen the cooperation and communication bwtween the learners themselves, the learner and the instructor by combining properly the teaching factors. We also need to help the learners master the cognitive strategies, innovate ability and teamwork, thus really promote the learners study methods to explorative, innovate and cooperative learning.
