| 摘 要： | 公益性科研机构的运行机制是世界各国科技管理体制的一个重点所在,也是我国公益性科研机构改革的重要内容。本文以美国和英国为例,分析归纳出这些国家公益性科研机构运行机制的特点,并指出对我国公益性科研机构改革的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The operation system of scientific research institution for public welfare is a emphasis of scientific management system around the world and the important content of the scientific research institution for public welfare's reform in our country.In this article,we will take America and British as instances to analyse the characteristic of operation system in the scientific research institution for public welfare around the developed country,and put forward some suggestions for the reform of scientific research institution for public welfare in our country. |
