| 摘 要： | 本文以中国上市公司基于连锁董事的连锁网络特征为切入点,从社会网络分析的角度对连锁董事对企业绩效的影响进行研究,利用2008年在沪深两市上市的1735家上市公司年度报告中提供的绩效数据,通过统计软件对连锁公司网络特征与公司绩效进行相关性研究,对提出的连锁董事关系网络对企业绩效的影响相关假设进行检验分析。结果表明根据资源依赖理论、林南的社会资本理论以及阶层领导理论而提出的相关假设,经来自我国上市公司的数据未能通过实证检验,结点中心度对企业绩效影响不显著,结点中介度、核心度以及网络规模对企业的经营绩效均无显著影响。这一研究结果对规范我国连锁董事行为具有一定的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the effect of interlocking directorates on the performance of public corporation in China,taking the network characteristics of interlocking directorates in interlocking company as the point of entry from the angle of social network analysis.Making use of the performance data provided in the annual report of 1735 public corporations in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2008,this paper studies the correlation between interlocking corporations’ network characteristic and performance,and examines the proposed suppositions.The result shows that among the proposition based on the resource dependence theory and the class hegemony,node centrality,neutrality,core-periphery and the scales of the corporations have no significant influence on firm performance.The result of this study has a certain theoretical and practical significance on standardizing the behavior of interlocking directorates. |
