| 摘 要： | 本文从澄清、分析教师解聘制度的概念出发,分析了我国中小学教师解聘制度中存在问题。借鉴国外教师解聘制度的建设,提出从明确教师身份,明确解聘主体,建立教师解聘的正当依据、合理程序、为教师从法律和生活两方面提供保障等方面来建立健全我国的中小学教师解聘制度。

| Abstract: | After clarifying and analyzing the concept of dismissal system of teachers,this paper goes on analyzing the existing problems of dismissal system of primary and secondary school teachers in our country.By studying the construction of dismissal system of teachers in other countries,the author believes that the establishment and improvement of this system in our country should be based on making clear the teachers' status and the subject of the dismissal process,on setting up reasonable basis and procedures,and on providing assurance for teachers in both fields of statute and life. |
