非常规教学的风险与控制

摘    要:常规教学与非常规教学是实现基础教育完整教学目标的有效路径。受风险与收益的比较激励,常规教学成为施教者的现实偏好,非常规教学被虚置。受教者成为施教者降低风险、提高收益的利益支点。非常规教学因内在理性和现实禀赋则能改变现有教育困境。坚守教育良知,实施风险教育以提高教学相关者的风险素养,并有效构建风险分担机制就成为非常规教学回归教学本真的理性选择。

Abstract:Conventional teaching and unconventional teaching are effective ways to achieve the complete teaching goal of elementary education.Because of the comparing incentive of risk and income,conventional teaching becomes the realistic preference of the educators.The educated becomes the benefit fulcrum for the teacher to reduce risk and increase benefits.Unconventional teaching can change the existing educational dilemma because of its inherent rationality and realistic endowments.Thus,sticking to the educational conscience,implementing the risk education to improve the risk literacy of the educational stakeholders and constructing the effective sharing mechanism of risk become the rational choices for non-conventional teaching returns to true teaching.
