| 摘 要： | 在和谐社会道德特质的关照下,中小学校长职业道德的建设主要体现在三种关系的和谐上,即人与自身的关系,人与人之间的关系以及人与组织之间的关系。本文以此为视角,对当前中小学校长的职业道德现状进行了反思,剖析了职业道德关系中不和谐的诸多表现,提出了构建和谐职业道德关系的具体对策。

| Abstract: | In the vision of moral trait of harmonious society,the professional ethics construction of head- masters is mainly embodied on the harmonious of three kinds of relationship,this is,the relation between man and himself,man and man,man and his organization.The paper based on this perspective,reflected on present situation of headmaster'professional ethics,analyzed many inharmonious phenomenon of pro- fessional ethics relationship,then raised some concrete countermeasures of constructing harmonious pro- fessional ethics relationship. |
