教育公平视域下巨型中小学校的现状与困境——来自中部Z市巨型学校的调查分析

摘    要:巨型学校是政府出于公平考虑扩充优质教育资源的举措,但现实的发展表明,巨型学校的存在产生诸多非公平问题。以在校生超过2000人为巨型学校的判定标准,以Z市为个案,调查结果表明:当前基础教育领域内巨型学校的比重较大,它将引起生均资源占有的不公平;学校资源占有的不公平及对教师工作评价的不公平等诸多非公平问题。巨型学校本质上稀释了优质教育资源。

Abstract:Large schools are established by government out of equal consideration of implementing quality learning resources.But the current development suggests that the existence of large schools brings a num- ber of un-equal problems.Take more than 2,000 students in one school as the determination standard of large schools and the Z City as a single case,the result of the survey showed that currently the larger pro- portion of large schools in the field of elementary education will arouse many un-equal problems in per- student resource,school resource and teacher-work evaluation.In essence quality learning resoures were diluted by large schools.
