| 摘 要： | 西北贫困地区中小学教师的流失,已成为制约我国基础教育发展的最大障碍,在现实情况下,要研究西北贫困地区教师的流失,就不能忽略对教师流失意向的研究,只有从源头上对教师的流失加以引导,才能使教师的流动合理化、规范化。
