| 摘 要： | 随着大学科研管理中对提高科研基金使用效益和增加透明度呼声的日益高涨,西方研究型组织和大学开始将智力资本报告理论引入科研管理中,并取得了显著成效.本文主要梳理了智力资本报告在西方科研管理中的产生、运用、典型理论模式、体例结构等,并分析了其对大学科研管理的意义,希望对我国大学科研管理创新有所启示.
