| 摘 要： | 赫钦斯作为20世纪著名的人文主义高等学者，从自身的高等教育办学理念出发，对他所处时代的高等教育发展进行了深刻的剖析和批判，并在此基础上提出了许多自己的改革设想。他对大学制度改革的思考和实践就是这种设想的具体展现。赫钦斯以批判的视角，从大学管理制度的改革、大学学位制度和学院制度的改革，以及大学系科制度的改革等方面进行了深入论述，提出了人文高等教育办学理念下的大学制度构架。这些观点至今仍然具有相当重要的现实意义和实践意义。

| Abstract: | As a famous humanist in the 20-century higher education, Hutchins made a profound analysis of the higher education and put forward some reform plans, particularly the 1141 university system reforms and practice. His critical viewpoints, reform practice and expositions on university administration, etc., are still of vital importance today, both realistically and pragmatically. |
