| 摘 要： | 在新经济时代下，智力资本已是高校的核心竞争力所在。本文尝试把企业智力资本理论引入高校，建立适合高校的智力资本评价模型，并建立评价的指标体系，通过问卷调查进行实证研究，统计结果表明该指标体系和评价方法具有一定程度的可靠性，智力资本的三个构成要素之间存在正向的相关关系；最后开发出一个智力资本报告模型以供高校报告其智力资本现状。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge-based economy, intellectual capital has become the most important sources of competitiveness and the third resources. In this study, the author develops a model to evaluate the university intellectual capital, and the index system is developed based on literatures. Through an empirical study, the author proves that the established index system and evaluating model are effective and reliable. Furthermore, it is found that there is a significant relationship between the scores of the three intellectual capital elements of a university. Finally a reporting model is developed for universities to report their intellectual capital. |
