摘    要:进入新世纪以来,国际教育改革与发展呈现出许多新动向,主要有:教育优先发展地位得到强化;提高教育质量成为各国关注的焦点;教育全民化进程加速;终生教育实践进一步深化;多样化与综合化趋势明显;教育信息化进程加速;教育管理上的集权与分权的平衡;教育私营化和公立化并存;国际化进程进一步加速等.这些动向对我国当前教育的改革与发展,具有重要的启发意义.
