| 摘 要： | 教育制度源于人的教育实践、教育交往实践,教育制度是处于教育交往实践过程、教育实践活动过程中的人的创造物。教育交往实践的需要、教育实践的需要是教育制度可变革的根本动力,并不存在超越于人之外的教育制度创造主体。作为一种历史的存在物,教育实践、教育交往实践的时间性、历史性决定了教育制度的时间性、历史性,决定了教育制度的发展是一个不断对自身进行扬弃的过程。
