| 摘 要： | 党的十九大过后,中国职业教育迎来了改革的新使命,高职院校“大国工匠”的培养更是国家、社会关注的重心。而目前,国内高职院校的“大国工匠”培养职能定位模糊,运行效率低下。可从教学、德育、教师、实践等四个方面,系统规划高职教育培养体系,总结新时代高职院校培养“大国工匠”的有效模式。

| Abstract: | After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China ushered in a new mission of the reform of vocational education.The education of country craftsmen in higher vocational colleges is the focus of national and social work.At present,the training function of country craftsmen in domestic vocational colleges is vague,and the operating efficiency is low.Through study and investigation,this paper systematically plans the training system of higher vocational education from four aspects of teaching,moral education,teachers and practice,and sums up a effective training mode of country craftsmen in higher vocational colleges in the new era. |
