| 摘 要： | 管理体制创新是高职院校自身发展的需要,也是高职教育健康协调发展的需要。高职院校管理体制主要存在管理观念落后、管理结构不当、管理机制不全、管理监控错位和管理队伍不稳等亟待解决的问题。高职院校要实现管理体制创新,必须创新管理观念、创新管理组织、创新管理制度、提高管理者素质和创新管理手段等。
