| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化背景下,合同管理的重要性日益凸现。我国企业合同管理中存在着基础管理工作不健全、流程管理控制不力、合同管理人员匮乏等问题。为了加强企业合同管理的风险防范,使企业合同管理规范化和科学化,必须健全合同的归口管理和全过程动态管理,夯实合同管理工作基础。

| Abstract: | Under the background of globalization economy,contract management appears important increasingly.The reality of contract management in our country is not optimistic,for example,the basical contract management is not perfect,the process management controls not strongly,and the quantity and quality of contract management staff is not satisfied.Risk consciousness should be built in the entire personnel of enterprise,and risk guarding system should be set up.Contract centralized management and dynamic contract management in entire process should be strengthened.The basal contract management should be tamped in order to realize the standardization of contract management. |
