摘 要: | 文化管理是世界大学管理的必然趋势。大学文化管理模式具有以人为中心、以文化力为核心竞争力等特征,强调硬性管理与软性约束相结合、理性因素与非理性因素相结合。大学可采取组建精英管理团队,战略谋划实施方案,培育共同价值观,将制度管理与文化管理相结合等策略实施文化管理。
