以“微格教学”促进教师反思与有效教学

摘    要:教学是一项复杂而艰巨的任务,要求执教者具有一些特别的能力。教师在教育教学中面临许多共同的问题,如何进行有效教学及提高教学能力是他们面临的最严峻挑战。将"微格教学"引入大学英语教学实践,通过课程录像使教师对教学效果进行评价与反思,以提高教师的教学能力和有效教学的意识,最终促进教师的专业发展。

Abstract:Teaching is a complex and arduous task,which requiries the teachers who have some special ability.Teachers in the teaching process are always in the face of many common problems,in which,the most serious challenges are on how to improve their teaching ability and have an effective teaching way.This article refers to the "micro-teaching" used in college English teaching practice,taking the course video is to help the teachers to evaluate the effect of teaching and reflection,thereby to enhance their teaching ability and awareness,and ultimately to achieve the professional development of teachers.
