| 摘 要： | 我国城市社区管理的发育成长在一定程度上提高了社区管理水平,但其行政性管理体制存在一定的弊端。构建与社会主义和谐社会相适应的现代化社区管理尤为重要,"治理"的兴起契合了社区成员对公共事务管理效能的诉求。我国城市社区管理对治理有着现实性的诉求。

| Abstract: | The development of the urban community management in China has enhanced the level of community management certainly,but existing some deficiencies about its administrative management system.It is important to construct modernized community management in harmony with socialism harmonious society,the rising of governance meets the community requirement the towards public affairs efficiency,with the analysis on the situation of community management and governance theory,we could know the urban community in China has the appeal realisticly towards governance. |
