| 摘 要： | 加快转变经济发展方式是我国经济社会领域的一场深刻变革,是贯穿"十二五"规划的主线。加快转变经济发展方式,必须加快转变企业发展方式。加快企业发展方式转变,必须将创新作为重要支撑,坚持创新企业制度,创新工业结构,创新科技体制,创新人才机制,创新管理体制。
