| Abstract: | Service is the proper meaning of the academic journals.The editing and publishing of journals is the crystallization of the collective wisdom.To improve the quality,the whole competitive strength and the service ability of the journal for authors,readers,the teaching,the scientific research and the society,it must fully arouse the enthusiasm and power of the school,editorial office and editors,make the service resultant of university journals together. |
