| 摘 要： | 以中小企业视角对分别处于东、西部地区的苏宁和蒙牛公司的成长历程研究时发现:因成长环境所需而进行的主营业务或业态的准确定位、差异化塑造、强悍的管理团队、有效的管理体系和业绩考核体系、长远发展规划等动态差异化能力体系的建立,成为中小企业跨入大型企业行列的系统性推动因素。

| Abstract: | Through comparing the growing of Suning and Mengniu,we discover the construction of dynamic differential ability system because of the need of growing environment that conduct the main business or the exact positioning,creation of differences,powerful management team,efficient management system and the performance evaluation system,long term development plans,etc.This is a systematic driving factor making the small and medium-sized enterprises step into the rank of the large enterprises. |
