| 摘 要： | 中小企业是繁荣经济、扩大就业、调整结构、推动创新和形成新产业的重要力量,然而长期以来受到资金不足的制约。创业板市场的建立为新兴中小企业提供了直接融资渠道,在一定程度上可解决其资金短缺问题,但还存在不足。

| Abstract: | Although small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in economic boom,expending employment,adjusting structure,promoting innovation and forming new industries,facing financial difficulties for quite a long time.The establishment of GEM provides a direct financial channel,which can solve the cash shortage in a certain degree.At the same time,there exist some shortcomings. |
