| 摘 要： | 乡村要振兴,产业兴旺是重点。乡村振兴视域下的产业兴旺,是传统农业转变成高生产率的现代农业,是提升传统农业产业的品质,以农业产业为基础,融合一二三产业,将产业延伸到乡村,由一业兴而带动百业旺、传统农业发展为现代农业农村产业的过程。农村人力资源是最具活性的因素,在产业兴旺中起着重要的作用。乡村振兴战略背景下的农村人力资源开发,要有农业农村产业现代化的远大目标,同时也要保基本、抓重点,守好中国人民粮食安全的底线;在此基础上,着力解决当前农业农村产业品质不高、效益不佳,产品市场不广、不畅等主要问题。为此,要围绕着建体系提品质、融通城乡市场的要求,根据乡村振兴目标任务的阶段性、过程性和层递性,推进农村人力资源开发。

| Abstract: | It is focusing on rural revitalization,industrial prosperity.The prosperity of industry in the view of rural rejuvenation is the process of transforming traditional agriculture into modern agriculture with high productivity,improving the quality of traditional agricultural industry,integrating the first,second and third industries,extending the industry to the countryside,and driving the prosperity of multitudinous industries by one industry.Rural human resources are the most active factors and play an important role in industrial prosperity.The development of rural human resources,it should have the lofty goal of modernization of agricultural and rural industries under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization.At the same time,it is necessary to ensure the basic key points and keep the Chinese people the bottom line of food safety.And then to solve the current agricultural and rural industry,it is low quality,poor efficiency,small and unobstructed market,and other major problems.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the development of rural human resources according to the stage,process and level of the target task of rural revitalization with the requirements of quality and integration of urban and rural markets. |
