| 摘 要： | 新型工业化需要科技进步和劳动力素质的提高作为支撑.而目前我国劳动力资源虽然丰富,但其结构和素质都远远没有达到新型工业化的要求,这给职业教育提出新的要求和挑战.本文根据新型工业化对人才的要求,针对当前高职教育教学中存在的一些问题,论析了高职教育改革的"六化"观念.
