| 摘 要： | 干部人事档案是干部履历、业绩、职务晋升、工资变动以及干部在不同时期情况的历史记录,它是一个干部的真实写照和德、能、勤、绩、廉的综合反映,是组织上使用干部的重要参考依据．干部人事档案管理是学校档案管理的重要组成部分,高校合并后,新学校各方面的综合职能有了很大的变化,如何改变学校干部人事档案某些落后的、不合理的方面,采取科学的、先进的管理方式,提高学校干部人事档案管理工作的水平,值得每一个档案管理工作者认真思考和研究．

| Abstract: | A Cadre's personal file is a cadre's curriculum vitae,achievement,promotion,change in salary and his historical record cadre in different periods;it is a raw portrayal of a cadre and it is a reflection of his moral character,ability,diligence, achievement,integrity,and it is also the important reference basis of appointing the cadre.The administration of a cadre's personnel file is an important part of the file administration in university.After universities have been amalgamated,the comprehensive functions of the university have changed a great deal,so it is worth every file administrator's pondering how to change some backward,un- reasonable respects,how to take the scientific,advanced administrating procedure,and how to average up the administrating level. |
