摘    要:面对体育新课标,教师要进行角色的转换。要培养学生的创新能力,教师必须创造性教;激励学生在主动参与中表现自我、完善自我,教师就要由“独裁”转换为“参与”,由“施教”转换为“发掘”,才能完成素质教育的总体目标。在新课标的实施中,教师要变“教”与“导”,由过去单一的教学生转换为多角度的引导学生,这样才能培养学生独立锻炼,终身锻炼的兴趣和能力,以增强学生的社会适应能力。

Abstract:Facing the new task of gym, teachers have to change their roles, train students innovative ability, teachers must teach them creatively. To inspire students to express and improve themselves in their active participation, teachers must transfer from "dictators" to "participants". To fulfill the general goal of quality education, teachers must transfer from "instructors" to "finders". While practicing the new task of gym, teachers have to change from "instructing" to "guiding" and from the past solitary teaching to the multiple guiding. So it can bring up students interest and ability of independent and lifelong training to promote student adaptability to the society.
