| 摘 要： | 中部地区面临着中部崛起战略带来的难得发展机遇，但是中部地区经济结构不合理，分工协作水平比较低，统一的区域大市场尚未建立起来，中部各省的经济发展尚未形成合力，因此，实施中央制定的中部崛起战略的第一步应该是针对阻碍中部地区共同发展的问题制定相关对策，尽快建立促进中部地区经济协调发展的机制，以提供强有力体制保障。

| Abstract: | The central government's strategy "Rising of the Middle China" has brought a golden chance of development to the provinces in the middle China.However,economy in the region has not gained much ground as expected, due to unreasonable economic structure,inefficient cooperation and lack of a unified regional market.The writer of the paper believes a new mechanism should be established as soon as possible to coordinate and promote regional economic development.Policies and measures should be formulated to deal with the problems that are still restricting economic development in the region. |
