基于凌阳单片机SPCE061A的信号测试系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了目标特性测试系统的硬件设计和软件设计。此信号测试系统不仅能实现8路单通道数据采集,并且采样频率可调;还可以输出模拟的仿真偏压曲线,且仿真模拟输出速率可调,具有输出中断功能;此外,还能通过凌阳单片机的UART串行端口与PC机通信。本系统的控制部分是由以凌阳SPCE061A单片机为核心的控制电路来完成的。凌阳单片机有着集成度高、可靠性好、易于扩展的特点。利用其输入输出端口(I/O口)即可实现数据的传送。通过对其编程即可对整个系统进行控制。

Abstract:The design of hardware and software for the target characteristic testing system has been introduced in this paper. The system can not only do 8-channel data-picking,with adjustable sample frequency,but also transmit simulation data with an adjustable speed and interruption processing. In addition, it can communicate with PC through the UART serial port. The control part of the system is based on the circuit of Sunplus microprocessor SPCE061A,featuring high degree integrated level, good reliability, and strong expansibility. The data transmission can easily been carried out through its input and output port( I/ O) . The system can also be controlled once programmed.
