| 摘 要： | 钢铁工业的发展对经济社会发展,具有高度的战略性和影响性。我国国土面积较大,经济纵深长,地区经济发展不平衡,钢铁企业过度集中在东部及沿海地区会带来负面影响,资源和能源供应、交通运输配置、市场供需、环境容量、发展区域等因素已经不适应。
