| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查,对湖北省部分地区13所托育早教机构负责人及家长进行调研。调研了托育早教机构教师需求情况及家长需求情况,在此基础上提出建议:落实政策,加强管理;开设早教专业,加快培养;着力培训,提升素养。

| Abstract: | By handing out questionnaires to principals and parents of 13 preschool education institutions in some areas of Hubei province,the researchers studied the requirements of these principals and parents on preschools teachers and put forward some suggestions including implementing policies and strengthening management,setting up early education specialty to accelerate the training,focusing on talents training and improving quality of teachers in preschool education institutions. |
