摘    要:高炉煤气洗涤循环水中的悬浮物以及炉尘、大气灰尘和垢物等在循环系统中存在,且相互增强,从而引起高炉煤气洗涤循环水系统的堵塞.对系统增加磁化辅助处理、研制和试验更有效的水稳剂、旁滤1~3%的循环水,适当提高管网内水的流速以及定期清理系统等方法,或将这些方法合理地组合实施,则有望解决系统的堵塞问题.

Abstract:Furnace gas water circuit tends to block up due to the existance in the circuit of suspension,deposits,furnace dust,atmospheric pollutants etc. The author of this paper has offered some valuable proposals in a bid to minimize circuit blockage. They indude:additional magnetization control of the circuit,development and aplication of better chemicals for water guality stabilization,by-pass filtering of 1-3% circulating water,proper increase of circuit flow rate as well as routine circuit cleaning.
