| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员培训是加强高校辅导员队伍建设的基本保障。做好这项工作必须认清高校辅导员队伍建设的现状,深入分析高校辅导员培训工作中存在的问题并通过健全高校辅导员培训制度,完善高校辅导员培训体系,构建高校辅导员培训与交流平台等途径,提升高校辅导员队伍的整体素质,推动高校辅导员专业化和职业化。

| Abstract: | Advisors＇ training is essential for strengthened construction of the team. To do it well, col-leges and universities must have a clear picture of the team＇s status quo, make thorough analyses of the existing problems in their training and improve advisors＇ qualities as a whole and push forward the team＇s specialization and professionalization by perfecting advisors training systems and building prac-tical communication platforms. |
