| 摘 要： | 目前,高校法学专业教学特别是实践教学存在着随意性、盲目性和经验性等问题,还不能适应法学专业人才培养的要求。提高法学实践教学质量应运用现代教学设计理论,针对法学实践教学中存在的问题,进行法学实践教学体系设计。在法学实践教学设计过程中,应关注法学实践教学起点设计、教学目标设计、实践教学内容设计、实践教学模式设计和法学实践教学评价设计。

| Abstract: | Currently,there have been problems of randomness,blindness and being empirical in the teaching of the major in law in university,especially in practice teaching,which can not adapt for the requirement of talent cultivation for the major in law.In order to improve the quality of law practice teaching,we should apply modern teaching design theory,aiming at the problems in the law practice teaching to carry out law practice teaching system design.In the course of law practice teaching design,we should observe the starting point design of law practice teaching,teaching objective design,practice teaching content design,practice teaching mode design and the law practice teaching evaluation design. |
