| 摘 要： | 近年来,学校德育改革与发展取得了长足的进展,但与社会发展的总体进程相比,青少年思想道德教育工作还存在诸多不足。为此,必须进一步提高对加强青少年思想道德建设重要性的认识,切实改进思想道德教育的方法和手段,不断丰富思想道德教育内容,切实加强青少年学生的劳动教育;坚持系统的观点,多种途径、三教协同实施思想道德教育;使青少年思想道德教育工作法制化;切实重视和加强德育工作者队伍建设,优化教育者与受教育者的人际关系;切实加强思想道德教育工作的科学研究,重视理论创新和实践指导。

| Abstract: | In the recent years, the reform and development of school moral education have seen remarkable progress. However, compared with the overall process of social development, the juvenile ideological and moral educational work still has many deficiencies. Therefore, we must further improve the cognition on the importance of strengthening juvenile ideological and moral construction, improve the methods and means of moral ideological and moral education practically, enrich the contents of ideological and moral education continuously, and strengthen the labor education of juvenile students feasibly. We should adhere to the systematic viewpoints to implement ideological and moral education through various ways and with the collaboration of three instructions. We should make juvenile ideological and moral educational work legalized, attach importance to and strengthen the construction of moral educational workers, and optimize the human relations between educators and educatees. We should intensify the scientific research of ideological and moral educational work and pay attention to theoretical innovation and practical guidance. |
