| 摘 要： | 教育是培养创新人才的基本途径,是创新人才成长的奠基工程。加强创新人才培养是当前各级各类学校面临的重要任务,认识创新人才的特质和成长规律是大中小学面临的共同课题,协同创新是大中小学培养创新人才的有效模式。我们要深入研究创新人才的特征和成长规律,整体推进大中小学有效衔接和协同创新的新机制,不断拓宽创新人才的成长路径,促进创新人才的成长。
